Perfect lighting for your wedding can help you orchestrate the exact ambiance that you desire. Whether it is the dinner, dance party, wows, speech or any other wedding, good lighting is necessary for a smash hit wedding that guests will admire.

Good lighting can bring out the best in wedding hall architecture, décor and setting. It can also create the perfect mood, especially during the dance.

Here are some lighting tips for the wedding.

Multi Spectrum Lighting

Lighting is more than just adequate illumination. Lighting has a profound yet subtle effect on the mood. Hence, you should not hesitate to use vibrant lighting choices of various hues to enthrall your guests.

So you can use purple, blue or similar shades for the wedding dance. Likewise, you can use various lights for dinner.

Consult with guests as well as the lighting company about the best options.

Adopt a dynamic approach. You should use different lighting combinations at different times. The dance will obviously be the most colorful.

Flash

Ensure that flash equipment is positioned properly so that wedding photographers can get the best shots of the occasion. Lights and flash equipment should be higher than 6 feet to avoid shadows.

DJ and Band Lights

While the band or DJ are working their magic, you will want the right lighting for a perfectly ecstatic mood. You can use the disco globe and specialist lighting equipment for a spectacular multi-spectrum lighting display during the dance.

Discuss Flash

Sometimes, flash use is not permitted during the wedding. If you want to avoid flash use, then talk to the photographer beforehand and ensure proper lighting arrangement so that the photos do not appear dark.
