When Is the Best Time to Have A Bridal Portrait Done?
Having your bridal portraits done depends greatly on your announcements, wedding dress alterations, and hair and makeup appointments. If you’re announcing your wedding in the newspaper, you’ll want to find out how far in advance the bridal portraits need to be submitted. Secondly, contacting your wedding dress provider or the company in charge of alterations to find out when it will be ready.
It is highly recommended that you have your hair and makeup done professionally before the bridal session. We’ve found that you can maximize your wedding budget by scheduling your bridal hair and makeup trial run to line up with your bridal portrait session. This saves you an extra trip and additional expense. Not only will it save you money, it will match your wedding day and help work out any issues.

Your bridal portrait session will last for about an hour, depending on the location and if we’ll be hiking up a mountain (yes, we’ll do that).
Approximately 1 week after your wedding, we’ll deliver your gallery of 20+ images that have been skillfully edited via a private online gallery. You can download them at no charge and will have rights to print.

How Much is a Bridal Session?
A standalone bridal session is $325. We do offer free engagement & bridal sessions with every wedding package so be sure to check them out and save some money.
We believe in providing an awesome experience and beautiful bridal portrait photography at a reasonable price. While we are not the cheapest or the most expensive, we ensure the quality of what we deliver. We do what we say and like to add a little extra while providing a great experience.
Helpful Tips for the Bride for Your Pictures
It’s important when scheduling your bridal portraits to communicate with your photographer to ensure the look and feel that you want is accomplished. If you aren’t sure, we’re happy to offer suggestions and come up with something special for you.
Whether you choose to bring a bouquet is up to you. You can spend the money to have one made, use a silk bouquet available on Amazon or don’t have one at all. You certainly don’t have to have it for your bridal portraits.
