Wedding Website Information

To keep all your guests informed about the necessary arrangements they need to make and the wedding rules they need to comply with, you should know what to include on your wedding website.

Here is a list of the most important details to mention on your wedding website.

Names

Of course, guests know your name and the name of your other half. The aim here is to provide the right spelling so that they can write your names correctly on their gifts and cards.

Wedding Date

This is by far the most important piece of information. Display it prominently so that it is easily visible. One good idea is to show a timer that counts down remaining days so that guests know how much time they have to act.

You can also mention all post-wedding and pre-wedding parties together with their details.

Schedule

You should mention when guests have to arrive and at what time the party will end. Also, mention all activities in order according to their timing.

Location

Clearly show the wedding venue so that everyone can reach your place easily.

A love story

Who doesn’t love a heart warming love story? Mention how you two met, how you feel about each other to get guests in a tizzy and all fired up. You can display proposal photographs and other images that guests will like, such as overseas trips taken together.

Venue Photos

Showing photos of the venue will help guests to identify the wedding location more easily. This can reduce late coming.

RSVP

Your website should allow for one click RSVP. The page can include options for important details like eating restrictions and preferred meals.

You can include such information on your wedding website so that guests can make prior preparations and know what to expect.
